Returns –

Hey, you probably clicked on this page because you are A) thinking of or B) already know that you need to return an item.  This page is going to give you all the details on how to do that and what our return policy is. Please read the information below and then contact us for an RMA.

Here are just a couple of things that come up when we are working with returns –

“I got the wrong parts..”

              First and foremost we want to determine that what you ordered was sent to you correctly. Please make sure that all the part numbers and/or manufacturer part numbers on the packaging match what your receipt says. If you were sent the wrong parts due to a picking error, we will make every attempt to work with you and get the right parts out with no extra cost.

              Secondly the “I got the wrong parts..” statement can mean another thing entirely. What it can mean in this case is; the wrong parts were ordered by you or it looks nothing like you thought it was. In this case we will do everything that we can to make you happy and work to get you the correct parts. Refer to the guide lines below to make sure you qualify for a RMA, then email us or call

“I installed this, can I return it?”

              In short the answer is NO. We work every return on a case by case basis, we will be glad to take a look at your specific situation and determine the course of action. Simply put we cannot sell installed parts as new. Put yourself in someone else’s shoes and pretend that you received a part that had been installed. Secondly we cannot return installed parts to our vendors .

  Exchanges - 

For the fastest service we recommend this - Order the replacement parts first then email or call us and get an RMA for your uninstalled unused product.  As soon as the parts for return get back to us we will credit your form of payment. At first you might have two charges, one charge from the original order and one for the re-order but as soon as we get the returned parts we will get you credited back.

The second option is to ship the parts back to us and wait for credit. As soon as we get there returned merchandise back we will issue credit in the form of coupon code to order the replacement parts. Please note that this can take a little longer, we have to wait to get the parts back and then check them out and clear them to issue credit.

Shipping Damage –

              Once your item arrives please inspect the box and the contents ASAP. We want to make sure that everything arrived to you safely. In the event that your items were damaged in shipping please snap a few pictures and send them to us immediately. We HAVE to be able to document the shipping damage to get your replacement parts shipped. We will work as quickly as possible to correct the issue and get you taken care of.  If your box shows up mashed, beat up, or in dis-repair, please snap pictures of the box first, then open it and inspect the contents. Please DO NOT wait two or three weeks to contact us about damaged items after they have been delivered.  

 Warranties –

              All warranties are at the sole discretion of the respective manufacture. Any warranty related questions should be directed to the manufacture FIRST. No warranty, written or implied is made on any products sold by Two Cycle Guys LLC. All descriptions given by Two Cycle Guys are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Two Cycle Guys cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. Two Cycle Guys shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms. For further warranty information, please see further documentation from the manufacturer of your product. All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Two Cycle Guys will assist you with any warranty claim to the best of its ability. All items that are returned to Two Cycle Guys for manufacturer warranty consideration must have shipping paid to and from our business.

  Guide Lines for Returns and Exchanges –

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days from time of delivery.
  • No returns are accepted without an RMA Number. We will refuse the package.
  • All items must be in new condition, must be in the original package and have original tags if applicable.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted if packaging is damaged and/or missing tags.
  • No returns or exchanges will be approved and/or credited if the merchandise has been used, worn, installed, blemished, or damaged in any way.
  • Special order items are non- returnable
  • Electrical items cannot be returned if the box has been opened, once the seal is broken we will not take it back. The exception to this is a warranty situation.
  • Two Cycle Guys reserves the right to apply a restocking fee to returns that are credited to original form of payment.
  • Exchanges will not be subject to any restocking fees.
  • Warranties will go straight through the manufacture. 
  • Do not send returns or exchanges COD we will refuse them.
